Debate (So You Think x Alisa Free) won well on Debut last Tuesday at Gosford, as a sign of things to come for the improving 3 year old filly. It is a timely pedigree update for her younger half sister, a Dawn Approach filly currently spelling at Lime Country Thoroughbreds in Burradoo, near the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Cummings Racing and Duncan Ramage co-signed when purchasing the filly from the Inglis Easter Yearling Sale earlier this year for $140,000.

The neat but powerful yearling was significantly less expensive than her older sister, a $500k purchase, and has shown all the early promise we had expected - being a daughter of the champion European 2yo of 2012 Dawn Approach who won the Dewhurst, Coventry and the National Stakes before going on to claim the 2000 Guineas and St James Palace Stakes as a three year old.

Dawn Approach has already sired two impressive youngsters from last season here in Sydney in GONGS and CONDEMNED and ALISA FREE hardly requires introduction, being the mother of stakes winner UNPRETENTIOUS.  Please contact the stable for any further inquiries.
