Cummings Racing has a talented Lope De Vega gelding going through the grades as VEGADAZE kicked off his racing career in style. The trial form was sound and he broke his maiden status stylishly on debut storming home at Canterbury Park to beat a quality field. The report from Christian Reith was glowing indicating he had all the ingredients to makes a very nice race horse.

Anthony had no problems stepping him up sharply in grade with his next assignment being the BM72 Hcp at Rosehill over the 1300m. The class was on show and he couldn't be headed after setting a solid tempo under Tim Clark's watchful eye. The last 200m showcased a real will to win and this toughness gives the stable plenty of scope to work with once he gets his racing experience
